Correction or privacy request

You can update your profile directly, or contact VoltTech if information is inaccurate, excessive, outdated or should be corrected/deleted under applicable law.

Delete my VoltTech account

Deletion removes your login and deletes or anonymises personal information VoltTech no longer needs. Transaction, tax, warranty, dispute or other records may still have to be retained where law requires it.

VoltTech uses a 7-day recovery window. During those 7 days you can cancel the deletion request. After the recovery period, deletion can be finalised and the login deletion is irreversible.

I have downloaded anything I want to keep, or I understand I can do so before the recovery period ends.

I understand VoltTech may retain limited transaction, invoice, warranty, fraud-prevention or legal records when retention is required or authorised by law.
