Access to Information (PAIA)

Information about access requests for records held by VoltTech.

Compliance item still to be finalised: VoltTech should complete and publish the current private-body PAIA manual, Information Officer details and the lawful service-address information required for the final ecommerce compliance stack.

Self-service access

Customers can access many account records directly through My Account, Documents and Privacy & Data. The personal-data export is provided for convenience and does not replace a formal request where one is appropriate.

Formal requests

Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to volttechcomputerco@gmail.com. POPIA Form 2 may be used for requests to correct or delete qualifying personal information or to destroy/delete records no longer authorised to be retained. PAIA request forms and guidance are published by the Information Regulator.

Typical records

Records may include customer correspondence, quotations and approvals, service records, invoices/order records, supplier records, account records and statutory/accounting records.
