How VoltTech handles delivery, collection and customer equipment in its care.
Service area and charges
VoltTech primarily serves Pretoria and surrounding areas, with Johannesburg considered where practical. Any delivery, collection or call-out charge should be shown on the relevant quote or agreed before the service.
Handover
Customers should identify existing visible damage and provide relevant accessories only where needed for testing. VoltTech may record device details and condition for service tracking.
Collection after service
VoltTech will notify the customer when equipment is ready for collection or delivery. The applicable quote/service record should identify any specific collection period or consequences required by law.
Uncollected equipment
VoltTech will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer. No equipment will be treated as abandoned, disposed of or sold merely because it remains uncollected; any further storage, notice or disposal process must comply with applicable law and the terms properly disclosed to the customer.
Delivery problems
Please report missing, damaged or incorrect goods as soon as reasonably possible so VoltTech can investigate. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
