What it means to receive and accept a VoltTech quotation.
Validity and estimates
A formal quotation is valid until the date shown and is subject to the scope, stock and conditions recorded on it. PC Builder and Signal Scan figures are estimates and do not become final quotations merely because they are displayed online.
Acceptance
When a logged-in customer accepts a quotation, VoltTech records that approval against the customer's account. Acceptance approves the quoted scope and displayed total; it does not authorise unrelated additional chargeable work.
Documents
A printable quotation is available in the customer account. Customers should keep a copy for their records. Where VoltTech revises a quotation, the newer quotation or revision governs only once properly issued and accepted as applicable.
Payment
Acceptance of a quotation is not itself proof of payment. An invoice, payment record and receipt are separate documents.
Consumer rights
These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
